1.1 The site www.oncorevle.co.uk is provided for the purposes of study on a course provided by ONCORE.

1.2 You must only use this Site for the purposes of study on a module on which you are enrolled.

1.3 We encourage freedom of speech, expression of opinions and sharing of experiences on our discussion forums, however, we reserve the right to remove, without reason, any posts, or any other form of submitted material, which we deem to be offensive, derogatory or otherwise inappropriate.

1.4 We reserve the right to remove candidates from courses, without refund of fees, when any inappropriate behaviour or lack of adherence to the site's terms is deemed to have occurred by ONCORE.

1.5 ONCORE will do everything reasonable to ensure that the site performs correctly and that materials are available to enrolled candidates, however ONCORE offer no warranty for the availability, timeliness or correct functioning of this Site.

1.6 You must not upload any documents or files to this Site unless specifically advised to do so in the course instructions. Any files that you upload outside of these specific instructions will be removed by the Site administrator.

1.7 If you should wish or need to defer your studies, you must inform ONCORE within 10 working days prior to the start date of the course. If you wish to defer after this point then an administration fee of 50% of the original course fees will be payable in order to secure your place on a future run of the course. This is to cover the administrative and tutor fees that will have already been incurred. If you have already been enrolled on to the course on the VLE, then you will need to pay a full course fee to re-enrol on a later module.


2. Copyright:

2.1 All material and content of this Site, including but not limited to; text, images, graphics, audio, video, data, design, module materials, discussion forum content, and layout; is the property of ONCORE or associated parties.

2.2 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any way re-use any of this material without the explicit and written permission of ONCORE.


3. Exclusions and Limitations of Liability

3.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions will:

3.1.1 limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence

3.1.2 limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

3.1.3 limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law

3.1.4 exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law

3.2 This site may contain links to other sites.  ONCORE  assume no responsibility for the content of such web sites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of use of them.  The inclusion of a link to another site on this website does not necessarily imply any endorsement of the sites or of those in control of them.

3.3 ONCORE cannot represent or warrant that the site, or the server where the site is hosted, are free of viruses, bugs or malicious software, and ONCORE accepts no responsibility for any form of loss or damage which may result from any such malicious software or errors.

3.4 Whilst we monitor and review discussion forums, and any other contributions to the Site, we assume no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any contributions nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contributed to the Site.

3.5 Your use of this site and any dispute arising out of such use of the site, or dispute with respect to information or learning provided by ONCORE,  shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.


3.6 Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.


4. Limitation of liability with particular respect to provision of online learning

4.1 Neither ONCORE nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site; or from courses or learning provided by ONCORE. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

4.2 ONCORE's online Continuing Professional Development courses are provided as an adjunct to full training, and are in no way a substitute for  comprehensive veterinary, veterinary nursing or paraprofessional training. Any learning taken from courses should be discussed with and any actions clarified with the appropriate clinical or management team before any changes or implementations are made to the way that professional work is carried out.

4.3  Information provided or displayed on this Site or on our courses should not be relied upon without checking its accuracy, or by seeking independent advice, and ONCORE disclaims all liability and responsibility resulting from any actions arising from the use of, or omissions or inaccuracies, in information we provide.



5. Changes in Terms

ONCORE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Site.

'Us' and 'we' and 'ONCORE' and 'ONCORE ePD' refers to ONCORE ePD or any of its associates, employees, administrators or tutors.

'You' refers to the person or persons enrolled on a module, who have been given access to the site by ONCORE for the purposes of study.
